Guidelines to be followed


M/S VADETHIC INNOVATION PRIVATE LIMITED is intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and exchange of information for its users / members / visitors who have a bona fide intention to contact and/or to be contacted for the purposes related to genuine existing job vacancies and for other career enhancement services.


  • Subscriber – Means the customer who named in the customer service agreement form and consent it once login the portal operated and managed by the Company
  • Services - Mean access to the resume database and posting of jobs and/or any other product or service offered by the Company to the Subscriber.
  • Username – Mean the username given by Company to the subscriber at the time of visit to the portal of the company.
  • Password – Mean the password designated to the specified username
  • Third party - Mean a person other than the subscriber who is not the party to this agreement/arrangement.
  • Website/Network means the Company's portal website www.recroute.in for providing Services under this agreement.
  • Material Breach - mean violation of any terms & condition of the agreement (as amended time to time) by the Subscriber.
  • Tariff Plan refers to the details as mentioned in the rate card for products, services and packages introduced by the Company from time to time for providing the Services as a whole or in part for fixed and/or variable charges.
  • Product - Mean any item reflecting on the website or the portal of the Company.


  • After the agreement/contract is entered into by the Subscriber, at the request of the Subscriber, any designated person from Subscriber shall undergo a training to use the Services provided by the Company in relation to the Services opted by the Subscriber.
  • The subscriber is required to give KYC documents. In case the same is not provided, the account will be deactivated and no refund shall be made to the subscriber and company shall not be liable to pay any kind of damages due to the subscriber if caused.
  • In case of the account is being deactivated due to any technical fault only and not commercial reason whatsoever at the Company's end; it will credit the Extra hours of usage to the Subscriber's account. However, this option will not be applicable to deactivation of account for non-payment or any reason beyond the scope of Company's technical team.
  • The Company would not be held liable for any loss of data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by the Subscriber due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond the Company's reasonable control including but not limited to acts of Government, acts of God, Change in Govt. policies, tampering of data by third party like hackers, terrorism or by viruses, trojan horses, trap doors, back doors, easter eggs, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or Computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. In no event will the Company be liable for any such direct/indirect /consequential loss or damages, including loss of profit or loss of reputation/defamation, even if advised of the possibility thereof.
  • The Company reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the Subscriber without assigning any reason whatsoever; either before uploading or after uploading the vacancy details, but in such an eventuality, any amount so paid only for that particular vacancy, shall be refunded to the Subscriber on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of the Company except when such rejection is in due to inappropriateness of content , violation of any terms and conditions of this Agreement of usage by the Subscriber.
  • The Company always has the right to make all necessary modifications/editing of the vacancy details in order to facilitate uploading without giving advance notice to the subscribers.
  • Company may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version to this Web page. You should visit this page periodically to review the most current Terms because they are binding on ‘You’.
  • The terms and conditions as framed by the company are binding on the users/subscribers and the moment users/subscribers create login on the portal/website of the company it mean users/subscribers indicating their acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions and company shall not be liable for any kind of damage caused to the users/subscribers if these terms and conditions breached on account of their default.
  • Company may at its sole discretion terminate the use and access of the account of users/subscribers at any time if it’s found that terms and conditions have been breached by the users/subscribers without any intimation.
  • Company always reserve the right to charge any amount (after posting a due notice on portal/website) from its users/subscribers for the services/facilities given in due course.



  • Shall not violate any applicable local, state national or international law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation;
  • Shall not Interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to recroute.in.
  • Shall not forge headers or in any manner manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any user information.
  • Shall not use recroute.in in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others;
  • Shall not Use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of recroute.in.
  • Shall not engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Site
  • Shall not attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network
  • Shall not upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail.
  • Shall not attempt or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization
  • Shall not access the Site except through the interfaces expressly provided by the Company
  • Shall not reproduce, copy, modify, sell, store, distribute or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes recroute.in or any component thereof (including, but not limited to any materials or information accessible through recroute.in.
  • Shall not provide deep links into recroute.in without prior permission of the company and extracting the data from the portal of the company is strictly prohibited and illegal and company reserve all right to take legal action against such users/subscribers.
  • Users/Subscribers shall under no circumstance sublicense, assign, or transfer the License, and any attempt at such sublicense, assignment or transfer is void.
  • Users/subscribers shall not infringe on any intellectual property rights of any person / entity or retain information / download any information from any computer system or otherwise with an intention to do so.

Payments for the services offered by the Company shall be on a 100% advance basis. Refund if any will be at the sole discretion of the company. Company offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. Company gives no guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly. All is on a best effort basis and liability is limited to refund of amount only. Company undertakes no liability for free services. Company reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice. All terms / disclaimers whether specifically mentioned or not shall be deemed to be included if any reference is made to them.

Subscriber/user acknowledges and agrees that Company, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to other rights and remedies that it may have under the applicable laws, shall be entitled to set off the amount paid or payable by a subscriber/user against any amount(s) payable by Subscriber/user to company under any other agreement or commercial relationship towards other products/services.

Company further reserves its right to post the data on the website of the recroute.in or on such other affiliated sites and publications as Company may deem fit and proper at no extra cost to the subscriber / user.

Company will not be party to any legal proceedings between a user (e.g. a user/subscriber) and a party contracted through the site. In case Company is implicated in any legal proceedings, costs will be recovered from the party that names Company/VIPL (Vadethic Innovation Private Limited). Company however will abide with any court order served on it through due process. Company controls and operates this Platform from its headquarters in Delhi and makes no representation that the materials on www.recroute.in are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use this Website from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws including but not limited to the export and import regulations of other countries. In case a person using the world wide web/internet receives a spam or virus which includes a link to www.recroute.in or to any other site maintained, operated or owned by Company, it should not be held responsible for the same. Company assumes no responsibility for such mails.

The services provided by the websites maintained, operated or owned by the Company do not extend to acting as an agent (express or implied) on behalf of any subscriber or user.

Company has no agents and does not operate through any agents save for those specifically mentioned on the home page of the website.

The Terms and conditions mentioned above regulate the usage of www.recroute.in. Any person using www.recroute.in in violation of the stipulations contained in the Terms and Conditions of www.recroute.in shall render himself/herself liable to appropriate action in a court of law both civil and criminal.


If any dispute arises between a user/users and Company arising out of use of www.recroute.in or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by the Company. Decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties to the dispute. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended, shall govern the arbitration proceedings.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Republic of India. The exclusive forum for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be a court of law located in New Delhi, India.

In case of non-compliance of these Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy Company may terminate usage rights and take down any offending information that might have been uploaded by such subscriber/user.


  • The Company may, in its sole discretion, impose an interest equal to 18% per month on all overdue accounts.
  • Any re activation of a deleted or expired job posting and any refreshing of any job posting constitute use of an additional job posting hereunder.
  • These job postings may not be substituted with other job postings during this term without incurring additional charges. Any jobs posted by Subscriber on the website and in excess of the number of jobs provided for in this Agreement will be billed to the Subscriber and shall be payable by the Subscriber in accordance with the terms hereof, at the Company's then prevailing rate for such job postings on the Website.
  • The User/Subscriber agrees to notify the Company promptly after the departure of any person to whom a password was provided and the Company shall on such intimation issue a new password to the Subscriber. The Company reserves the right to periodically change issued passwords with prior notice only to identified hierarchy head for security reason. However changed password shall be informed to the Subscriber immediately.
  • The charges paid by the User/Subscriber to the Company under this Agreement are non-refundable.
  • The website (including without limitation all data therein), and all elements, which are a part of the foregoing, and all intellectual and other proprietary rights therein, are the property of the Company. Neither the Subscriber nor any of its employees shall do anything, which would in any way damage, injure or impair the validity of the Company's rights in the contents of the website. Notwithstanding the above, any data placed on the website by the Subscriber herein, and all elements which are a part of the such data, and all intellectual and other proprietary rights therein, are and shall at all times remain the Subscriber's property.
  • To the extent permitted by law the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement with respect to its services or the website, or results of use thereon and all warranties and conditions, express or implied are hereby excluded.
  • User/Subscriber agree to indemnify the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising or resulting from its breach of this Agreement or breach of representation and warranties as contemplated herein or from its provision of any material to the website, including but not limited to claims of breach of any third party rights including intellectual property rights or breach of any provision of any law for time being in force.
  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Subscriber's use of the website is subject to the Terms of Use/Private Policy/Disclaimer available from such website's homepage. By Subscriber's execution hereof it hereby agrees to abide by such Terms of Use/Private Policy/Disclaimer, as they may be amended from time to time.
  • This Agreement (i) constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any previous oral or written arrangements or understandings relating thereto; (ii) may be signed in counterparts, (iii) may not be amended, terminated or waived orally, (iv) may not be assigned, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, or otherwise, by the Subscriber and only comes into existence when signed by its authorized signatory and (v) Company shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to data by third parties, or data lost whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes beyond its control. The Company will be entitled to assign all or any of its rights and obligations hereunder to any third party.
  • Any terms of this Agreement that may be invalid shall not affect the validity of enforcement of the remaining valid terms of this Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement may not be amended without the affirmative written consent of HT Media Limited.
  • The Company reserves the right to recover/charge any amounts to the Subscriber on account of any taxes levied by the Central/State Govt. on the services as contemplated in this agreement from time to time and which are not included in the total payment consideration received by the Company.
  • User/subscriber shall mandatorily comply all the laws being enforced in the country. Also they should have GST Number as well if applicable.
  • The Company shall not refund or give a credit note or charge additional charges to the Subscriber in the event of change in the tariff plans which the Company may introduce from time to time.

Important Part/Section to be complied

  • The user must be 18 years or above to become user/subscriber of the www.recroute.in and Company authorizes you, subject to the Terms, to view and a single copy of the content available on or from www.recroute.in and to access and use the Company’s website.
  • Restrictions:
    • Users shall not use any www.recroute.in in order to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, distribute, share, store or destroy material, including without limitation company Content, in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
    • In a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others,
    • that belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right to
    • harm minors in any way.
    • deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such message or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature.
    • impersonate another person or entity,
    • Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states or of public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or insulting any other nation.
  • When user/subscriber registers their selves with the www.recroute.in they will be asked to provide the Company with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address ("Information"). In addition to the Terms of Use and any privacy policy applicable to any Web Site of the company, user/subscriber understand and agree that the Company may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in registration application of user/subscriber. The Company will not disclose to any third party the name, address, e-mail address or telephone number of user/subscriber without the prior consent of user/subscriber, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.  The Company reserves the right to offer third party services and products to user/subscriber based on the preferences that user/subscriber identify in their registration and at any time thereafter; such offers may be made by the Company or by third parties.
  • V. The job posting and resume database features of www.recroute.in may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers seeking employees.  The Company specifically prohibits any other use of www.recroute.in and all Users agree not to do any of the following:
    • Transmit, post, distribute, store or destroy material, including without limitation Company’s Content, in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to laws or regulations governing the collection, processing, or transfer of personal information, or in breach of Company’s privacy policy;
    • Post any resume or apply for any job on behalf of another party;
    • Defer any contact from an employer to any agent, agency, or other third party;
    • Set more than one copy of the same resume to public at any one time;
    • Solicit passwords or personally identifiable information from other Users;
    • Post any jobs on any www.recroute.in for any competitor of company or posting jobs or other content that contains links to any site competitive with company;
    • Post jobs for modeling or talent or talent scouting positions on any www.recroute.in;
    • Use any www.recroute.in Resume Database for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees, including but not limited to using the information in the Resume Database to sell or promote any products or services;
    • Send unsolicited mail or e-mail, making unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to a user of any www.recroute.in.
    • Delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity;
    • Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on any www.recroute.in infrastructure;
      • a) Use the company Services for any unlawful purpose or any illegal activity, or post or submit any content, resume, or job posting that is defamatory, libelous, implicitly or explicitly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful, racist, discriminatory, of a menacing character or likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience, embarrassment, anxiety or could cause harassment to any person or include any links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind, as determined by company’s discretion. The Company also specifically prohibits any use / insertion of any of the User’s URL, web link, e mail address and website while posting any job on www.recroute.in and all Users agree not to use / insert any of the User’s URL, web link, e mail address and website while posting any job on www.recroute.in
  • You are solely responsible for your account information content, messages or other information ("User Content") that you submit, publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on any www.recroute.in or transmit to other Users. By posting User Content to any www.recroute.in, You automatically grant, and You represent and warrant that You have the right to grant, to company an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such User Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses thereof.
    By posting User Content to any public or non-public area of any www.recroute.in, including message boards, forums, contests and chat rooms, You grant the Company and its parent company and affiliates the loyalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicense able (through multiple tiers), non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the User Content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. You agree that any email send by an employer to a jobseeker for any prospective job opportunity through the website of the company may be stored at the Company account of the said jobseeker for at least a period of 7 working days, to enable the said jobseeker to access the email, as send by the employer, to take a conscious decision about the job offer in the said email.
    Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to investigate and take legal action against anyone who engages in any illegal or prohibited conduct or otherwise violates these Terms of Use, including without limitation, removing the User Content from the company’s Sites and/or terminating the offending User's ability to access the company’s Sites and/or use company’s services. The Company may take any other action with respect to User Content or User actions that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes it may create liability for the Company or may cause the Company to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.
    The Company does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of User Content or any other communications posted by Users or endorse any opinions expressed by Users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at your own risk.
    The Company has no obligation to screen User Content in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring User Content posted by Users. If notified by a User of communications which allegedly do not conform to these Terms of Use, the Company may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to take any other actions whether to remove or request the removal of the User Content. The Company has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or of such activities.

  • User/subscriber is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access information and passwords. They shall be responsible for all uses of their Web Site registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by them. They are not authorized to share their password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and breach of this obligation may tantamount to disabling the account and company’s Services. They agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of their Account, and passwords.
    User/subscriber understand and acknowledge that if they cancel their employer account or their employer account is terminated, all their account information from the company’s site, including saved resumes, network contacts, and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from company's databases. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Company’s web servers.
    Candidate profiles derived from User Content may also be made available through the Sites. Company does not make any representations regarding the accuracy or validity of such derived works or their appropriateness for evaluation by employers. Derived profiles may vary significantly from User Content.
    Following Contents for Job posting may please be bear in mind while having account on www.recroute.in.
  • A Job posting may not contain the followings:

    a) any hyperlinks, other than those specifically authorized by the company.

    b) misleading, unreadable, or "hidden" keywords, repeated keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job opportunity being presented, as determined in company’s reasonable discretion;

    c) the names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies other than those of your customer save where expressly agreed by the company;

    d) the names of colleges, cities, states, towns or countries that are unrelated to the posting;

    e) inaccurate, false, or misleading information

    f) Material or links to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.

    User/subscriber may not use their account to:

    a) post jobs in a manner that does not comply with applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property;

    b) post jobs that require citizenship of any particular country or lawful permanent residence in a country as a condition of employment, unless otherwise required in order to comply with law, regulations, executive order, or federal, state or local government contract;

    c) sell, promote or advertise products or services

    d) post any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship, multi-level marketing opportunity, or sales representative agency arrangement;

    e) post any business opportunity that requires an upfront or periodic payment or requires

    f) advertise sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature;

    g) promote a particular religion;

    h) post jobs located in countries subject to economic sanctions of the United States Government;

    Company reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from any www.recroute.in, which in the reasonable exercise of Company’s discretion, does not comply with the above Terms, or if any content is posted that company believes is not in the best interest of the company.

  • When user/subscriber register with the website of the company, they will be asked to create an account and provide company with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (Your "Information").
    Any Profile they submit must be accurate and describe their selves, an individual person. The Profile requires standard fields to be completed and they may not include in these fields any telephone numbers, street addresses, email addresses or other means of contacting them, other than their last name and URLs.
    User/subscriber acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by them on the www.recroute.in.
  • In the context of the 'alerts' service being introduced by company; the candidate consents to the use of his/her personal data in the form of cellular phone number(s) being used by company to forward relevant job alerts and other information as and when they become available.

    Recruiters associated with Company’s paid Clients, Customers/ Employers can create their Individual recruiter profile on www.recroute.in, which shall be registered by company at its sole discretion. These recruiters will function as authorized users of their company’s account(s). They can use their profile to manage their company’s profile, post jobs, do database searches and perform other recruitment related activities for their company. They can have a direct connect with the jobseekers, which can follow them to know about their activities.

    Such authorized recruiters shall be solely responsible for managing Professional Networking profile and will not be able to represent the same account as soon as their engagement terminates with their respective Company. However, such recruiter’s Professional Networking profile will be there on company’s Professional Network containing the basic information of such recruiters along with the followers, which can be used by the recruiter for any other Employer on association with the other Employer. Company reserves the right to delete or remove of any such individual authorized recruiters without notice if it comes to Company’s knowledge or if it is otherwise notified to company that it infringes and/or violates any third party’s Trade Mark, Copy right and / or any other intellectual property right and company may also terminate access to its Website permanently.

    Additional terms for non-customer Recruiters creating Recruiter Profile on Company’s website.

    The non-customer Recruiters, either individuals, free lancers or other entities  (“non-customer Recruiters”) who create Recruiter Profile on company site shall be solely responsible for managing their respective Recruiter Profile on company’s sites, submission of true & correct information and ensure that the data, job posting, and other information submitted through Recruiter profile is correct, true and not misleading and shall not upload, display of data, job posting and other material in company sites which : is in violation of any applicable law or regulation; will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others; belongs to another person/entity and to which you do not have any right to; deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such message or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature; impersonate another person or entity; contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of company’s computer systems or sites or company’s users, customer’s computer systems or site; is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, threatening, abusive or hateful or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, seeking money from jobseekers, relating encouraging money laundering or gambling or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever.

    Such non-customer Recruiters authorize company to use their information in order to send e-mail or other communications regarding offers and updates at company sites to contact them about their opinion about current company products and services or potential new products and services that may be offered and also authorize company to provide additional communications, promotions and information on new company opportunities, product/services and additional job postings. The nature and frequency of these messages will vary depending upon the information we have about such Recruiters. Company reserves the right to restrict/amend the features of Recruiter’s Profile, manner of its use, as company deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

    On non-conformance of any of the aforesaid terms company reserves the right to delete or remove offending Recruiter Profile without notice if it comes to company’s knowledge or if it is otherwise notified to company that it infringes and/or violates any third party’s Trade Mark, Copy right and / or any other intellectual property right and company may also terminate access to its Websites permanently. Company has no liability or responsibility to Recruiters for performance or non-performance of such activities. Additionally, Company has the right to initiate appropriate proceedings against the offending Recruiters as per law.

    Company’s paid clients/customers who use the site for their recruitments related requirements, and who will now be able to leverage the network through their authorized recruiters. As part of Professional Networking, the company would be able to connect with a larger audience by having direct followers of their profile, and also through connections of their recruiters. Through their company profile, they will be able to showcase their company environment, policies & other important information, and engage jobseekers through Polls & Surveys.

    They will have sole responsibility of authorizing & managing the recruiters associated with their profile at their own discretion. In the event any of the Employer recruiter’s, engagement terminates with the Employer, having Company’s Professional Networking representation for the Employer, it shall be the sole responsibility of the Employer to immediately notify the company about the termination of engagement with the said recruiter and appointment of a new recruiter.
